Getting Started
Can anyone register to use Juno?
Yes. You can create an account and get started on your own in seconds — no sales call required. Start on the Free plan, or pick any paid plan and try it free for 14 days without a credit card.
Can I download Juno?
Juno is a web application, you do not need to download anything. You can access it anywhere you can access a browser
Can I upgrade/downgrade after selecting a tier?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Since we bill on your monthly peak usage — the highest plan and number of users during the month — a change simply takes effect from when you make it, with no pro-rata calculations to worry about.
Can I get help with onboarding?
Absolutely. You can set everything up yourself in minutes, but if you'd like a hand, hands-on onboarding support is available to help you get going.
Billing, Cancellation and Refunds
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can select any paid plan and get full access for 14 days without entering a card. Add a payment method any time before the trial ends to keep your paid features.
How do you bill me?
We bill at the end of each month, based on the highest number of users you had and the highest pricing plan you used during that month (your “peak usage”). If you join in the middle of a month, we’ll only bill you for the portion of the month you used.
What happens if I cancel in the middle of the month?
- If you cancel halfway through the month, you can ask us to waive that month’s invoice, but you’ll need to give a valid reason.
- If your request is not accepted, we’ll bill you for the time you used, up to the cancellation date. This charge will happen within 48 hours of cancellation.
- That charge is not refundable.
How do I cancel?
All cancellations are handled by reaching out to us directly. Just contact our support team, and we’ll guide you through it.
Is the trial really free?
Yes. We don't charge you or issue any invoices during your 14-day trial. Billing only begins once you add a payment method and convert to a paid plan.
Do you offer subscriptions?
No long-term subscriptions. All accounts are month to month. You only commit to one month at a time.
Can I cancel right after my billing cycle?
Yes. If you cancel immediately after your billing cycle ends, no further charges apply.
What happens after my trial ends?
If you add a payment method before the trial ends, you keep your paid features and billing begins normally. If you don't, your organization is simply moved to the Free plan — your data is always preserved, never deleted. You can add a payment method later to reactivate the same plan.
Can I pay annually?
Yes, but only by special arrangement. By default, we bill monthly.
Do you give refunds?
No, fees that are already paid are non-refundable. The only exception is if you cancel in the middle of the month and we agree to waive that month’s invoice.
